Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have used the Urban Spa in Bethel CT, for Botox services with Gabriela and was changed $480.00, as she said I had to come back for touch up and get 10 more injection that was included on the price that I paid, I was expecting her to call me or answer me when I called and wrote her, she was very disrespectful over the phone, i have all her msg, she is a person that use a lot bad languages while you being treat, very unprofessional, so I wanted to go back to finish up but Gabriela left the state to go to her house in Florida, didn’t give my money back and didn’t finish her work with me…. I am not the only person that went through it, many clients have the same complain about her, even Gabriela states that she wouldn’t come back next year because she was going through a lot complains, but the complains is that she tell you to come back for touch up and she give e fuse and don’t finish her job….
