She made great conversation throughout the process as well, which helped me out a lot because I always feel so awkward when I’m getting my hair cut. Critical: QualitySo I went in wanting babylights and came out with half of my head balayage and the other half foiled with no babylights whatsoever. I expressed that I was nervous about having a new stylist because I’ve been working on my color for 4 years now. Lo and behold I loved the final product when it was styled in the salon, but not even 5 days later the toner is washed out and my roots have never looked so choppy. Not to mention the stylist did what she pleased with my cut. I tried to call her to get a refund or my hair fixed and they’re ignoring my number. I know this because I’ve left a message the past two days with no response. Then I call off a different phone number and I get a response in 20 minutes from someone that doesn’t even work at the salon. VERY unprofessional.
