Absolutely love this place. So friendly, with bright smiles when greeted. Did a couple’s message, and it was the best experience I ever had. She worked out all the knots that I had over my body. I got the hour message and it went by so quickly. I cannot wait to book another appointment very soon! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I went to Urban Nirvana in Mt. Pleasant for Birthday massage. Receptionist was very friendly. THE MASSAGE THERAPIST WAS DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE. She was not friendly or welcoming. Never introduced herself, never asked pressure preferences or anything. No engagement at all. 1 hour of uncomfortable silence in a semi dark room. I’ve never had an experience like this with a massage and will never visit this location again. She was the worst. She put so much pressure on my back that I had to lift up so she would realize what she was doing. She either needs training while dealing with the public or a personality adjustment. If I could give O stars I would. My back still hurts. Thanks for ruining my birthday massage. I wish I knew her name. Disgusting is what I will call her instead.

I just got my hair cut and eyebrows waxed today at this location and I cannot stress enough how HAPPY I am with everything. Every single person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. Nicole worked on my brows and she was so sweet, held great conversation, and talked me through the whole process. Makenzie absolutely killed it with my hair!! She listened to all of my concerns, gave me great advice, cut my hair exactly how I described to her, and even gave me great tips on how to style my hair how she did. We had great conversations throughout, such a sweet woman!! I feel so much more confident and excited about myself after leaving. I honestly don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for my hair, I will absolutely be back to see Makenzie and Nicole again. I am so so so happy!!!

I have seen Jessa twice at the North Charleston location for a facial, and I have never had a better experience! She takes the time to truly evaluate your skin and teach you about it. She also spends time recommending what types of facials/products would benefit your skin based upon your goals. When I go to see Jessa, I feel relaxed, pampered, and well taken care of. In just two visits, I have seen dramatic improvements in my skin. I am much more hydrated and not as rosy. I will remain a dedicated client of Jessa’s and could not recommend going to see her more!

So its taken me many years to find the right hair stylist in Charleston. I found Jenna at Urban Nirvana and she is ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING! I enjoy the conversation, she walks you through each and every step when doing color, shampooing, cutting…certainly one of the best color artists I’ve seen in the last 22 years of having my hair colored. The other stylists are great too, everyone’s involved in conversation; its a very homie, comfortable and pleasant salon all around! Thank you Jenna for being so wonderful! Definitely recommend Urban Nirvana North Charleston store to all my friends!

I had the BEST time here. I have long, thick, wavy/curly hair, and I selected to meet with any stylist. I was lucky enough to get Ms. Alexis! She not only tackled my hair quickly (a feat never before seen) but she made suggestions and showed me what my hair could look like. I trusted her expertise and wound up with gorgeous curls and lightweight hair. 100% will be returning to her!
