Went to Urban Nirvana for the first time today. I don’t even trust anyone with my hair but I really needed my damaged ends taken care of. After 4 years of not getting a professional cut, Apples (Appollonia) put life back into my hair. This is the best I’ve seen my hair in a very long time. I’d recommend her to anyone that doesn’t trust too easily. She will keep your mind at ease.

I had Hailey for a classic facial the other day and words can not describe how great the experience was. She was so kind and knowledgeable. The entire service was so relaxing and ended with a face mask (she did a mix of 2 since my skin needed different things) and the head scratch was to die for. In one day my skin is doing better than it has for months. I cannot wait to book in again soon!

From my very first appointment several years ago I have always been greeted with a friendly smile & happy disposition. There is this instant feeling of ease as soon as you walk in the door! Every person has been friendly, knowledgeable, kind & accommodating ..from the front counter staff to my hair stylist Chris(whom I adore) to all the estheticians, massage therapists & up to the managers Caroline & Jade & Mary Louise! had the pleasure of getting a 75 minute deep tissue massage with lavender aroma therapy. my therapist was Carolyn ! she was very soft spoken and sweet and her massage was BOMB !!!!!! so glad to have gotten a good one bc i have been disappointed at other spas. this particular location is very beautiful inside. a boutique sort of at the front with lots of creams and when you walk to the back you are greeted with a waterfall (so cute) and there is a waiting area with tea and refreshments. they offered me a robe and sandals to get comfortable. even the bathroom was really cute. overall service was 10/10. will definitely be back to see Carolyn ! thank you so much !

About a year ago I Went to urban Nirvana to get Highlights put in my hair. I was placed under the heater with the bleach in my hair it literally boiled my head and I was left with a chemical burn and three bald spots on my head. I just recently had to have surgery On my head because of this. Even after the surgery I still have two bald spots and I cannot grow hair in those places because it boiled down under my hair follicles. This was not my first time going to urban Nirvana But it was the first time that I’ve ever had this kind of experience.
