First time coming here and absolutely loved it. Came in for a pedicure. Love the ambience of the beautiful home, soft relaxing music playing as I entered the room, comfy chair and pillows, relaxing smells filled the room, magazines provided, quiet time while soaking in the foot tub. Nicole was thorough, calm, kind, just wonderful. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been getting massages for years with a chronic bad back. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was both relaxing and she was able to hit some deep tissue. The atmosphere there is very laid back as well. Highly recommend.

When I called to schedule an appointment, I requested a specific type of deep tissue massage that was advertised on their website, Thai and myofascial. When I spoke with the massage therapist before our session began, I again specifically described what I wanted. Both times I was assured that would be fine. However, the massage was just a basic, Swedish massage. I had to ask the therapist 3 times for more pressure, and even then I would describe it as “gentle”. She also avoided the specific areas I wanted worked on. Afterwards I asked the receptionist about it, as she asked how I like it (the therapist didn’t ask). I explained I was disappointed not to get what I requested, and she said Oh, well the lady who does those is out of the country, and this therapist isn’t trained in that… ?? I wish I would have been clearly communicated with. The massage was nice, as Swedish massages go, it was just not what I wanted, and a $100 I wished I could have spent the elsewhere.

By far my favorite spot in Watertown! The women who work here are kind, compassionate, and amazing at their jobs. Emily does an amazing job with her facials and sugaring! I’m hooked and there’s no place I’d rather go!
