Great experience. Tim did a excellent job on my nails. Took his time to explain the problem I was having with liquid gel. I took his suggestion on using powder gel instead. My nails look great especially the design he did by hand. Definitely coming back.

I usually don’t write reviews and put this off for quite some time. I’m new to the area and my daughter and I have gone to the salon several times. We both noticed the manager is not very friendly but we’re pleased with our manicures and pedicures until I had an experience with a tech to didn’t do a good job and when I mentioned it to the manager she got highly upset and rude. I just thought maybe she was having a bad day and went back again. This time I had an appointment for dip nail but I decided that I wanted to give my nails a break and get the dip nail removed and get a basic manicure. She was so annoyed that she made me sit for a good 20 minutes while she walked around the salon doing nothing. When she finally came to me I was uncomfortable about letting her touch my nails because it was obvious she was angry. I really should have gotten up and walked out at this point because she ended up cutting into one of cuticles so deep that it begin to bleed and proceeded to blame me for not taking better care of my cuticles which is ridiculous because I get manicures on a regular basis. I’ve never seen anyone in business act this way and my daughter and I will never step foot in that salon again. She needs to be working somewhere behind the scenes and never dealing with customers.

I moved to PA and then to MD in that time and never have found a salon to replace Urban nail spa. I will travel 2 hours just to get my nails done by them. They are perfectionists in their trade and will always do what they can to leave you satisfied. I get the acrylic nails with gel & they turn out amazing each and every time no matter what shape or length I want. I can’t recommend them enough. I have been coming here for years! The very first time I came I was blown away. They are a step above any other nail salon. The care I receive is great. I know I can work with any technician and I will get great results. My favorite is they prioritize their appts. You don’t wait, you are taken care of right on time! The pedicures are really great and my gel manicure is always close to the cuticle which is the way I like it! Han runs her salon like a well oiled machine! This is my place!
