From one perfectionist to another… Susan is official. I have been on a search for a new nail tech, and so happy to say that I have found her! Not only did Susan do an amazing job taking off acrylic tips from a different salon, she made sure to do it with care (along with another nail tech whose name I didn’t catch, who was also very sweet).

My sister and I walked in and only waited 5 minutes before we got started. A standard manicure plus tip is under $20 and they do a small hand massage and neck massage during it. Great choice of colors, too. It took about 20-30 minutes with dry time. Whenever I’m back in NY I would definitely come here again!

Don’t go here. The lady that I had didn’t know how to shape/file a nail so now I have an array of nail lengths and styles. She also broke my pinkie nail from excessive buffing so she had to put a silk wrap on it, excuse me her co worker did because she didn’t know how. AND the worst part is I asked for gel polish and whatever she used might as well have been regular lacquer. My nails can bend with this polish on and are not hard at all. I will probably break one soon and just give up trying to find a good nail tech in the city.
