Very pretty salon, very clean. Nice color selections however extremely disappointed with my service. I originally wanted a full set then changed my mind to a basic gel manicure and a design on my ring finger. Was advised that my nails were too short to do the design so I opted into the full set. Was told that the gel was more natural looking. It’s definitely not. There isn’t any difference and it’s $15 more for the gel. Asked for it to be curved because my nails have a natural tendency to curve upwards. They aren’t curved they look like they lift up. As I stated I only decided on the full set because of the design I asked for and if not that exact something similar. Needless to say I left without a design on any of my nails. When it came to check out I honestly didn’t want to pay for my nails. And I shouldn’t have paid but I did because they did spend time on them. The pedicure was great. My wife’s nails look really nice but I was very disappointed with my service.

I visited today because of a recommendation from a friend. As soon as I walked in i was told 30 minutes for a wait time. I waited and my friend who got gel was done. I waited for an hour when finally someone seated me. Kerry did an amazing job, and gave me exactly what I wanted. When i finished, the girl at the register up charged me for one color acrylics $75! My friend who has gotten arcrylic with an actual design has paid $55. Extremely dissatisfied and was exhausted at that point.

This place is the definition of “BEAUTY IS PAIN”. I would rather get a root canal then get tips put on here. They rush, they cut you, they are expensive, just no. Pedicure

I absolutely love this place! They do such a great job and they take their time, I never feel rushed. I get the shellac and it lasts about 2-3 weeks. They have a wide array of all colors and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place. All the girls are great, very friendly and the little messages they give are very nice. It’s a very clean place, recommended weekday mornings to stop in as it is not as busy.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirst time I have ever been here and I loved it! I had a very good experience. Emily was very gentle and nice. This is the first time in a long time that my nails don’t hurt after being done. I highly recommend her. She did my pedi spa, eyebrows and nails.

Critical: QualityI have to give this business two starts at best; as opposed to only one because they were able to accommodate an appointment at the time I called in for a gel manicure and that’s a rarity during these COVID-19 times. And as much as I appreciated that; especially, it having been on a Friday evening during rush hour(s), my gel manicure itself was honestly the most frightening manicure of my life to date. First and foremost, my nail tech was a welcoming, kind and sweet woman; that much I appreciated very much. However, her work is what had me the most tense I had ever been during a manicure too date and in this particular case; a gel manicure with the drill/file tool machine as what was used to remove the gel from my previous manicure. A removal option I am not particularly a fan of as opposed to soaking and that’s because of the exact reasons I wound up experiencing throughout my manicure. From start to finish, when it came to the removal of the gel from my previous manicure; I was either burnt, cut or both by the device (three fingers specifically). As for the fingers that weren’t; I was tense the entire time hoping that my next finger wouldn’t be next! There wasn’t oil applied to my fingers in order to lubricate the skin prior to cuticle push back (wish did not take place at all) and the cuticle removal half decent and by far the roughest I’ve experienced to date. As for the gel application itself; it was decent at best and the final product resembles that as well. For $28.00, you get what you pay for though because at surrounding nail salons in the area; the price point is higher, but the overall service/experience surpasses by far. Finally, although all staff and customers were abiding by all mandatory COVID-19 business protocols; I found the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the salon to be questionable and subpar. All of the above being said and taken into consideration; I won’t be returning and I did not want to complain, etc. because I try my best to not be one of those people and plus during these most difficult times, but I needed to express my experience in some fashion or another.I have to give this business two starts at best; as opposed to only one because they were able to accommodate an appointment at the time I called in for a gel manicure and that’s a rarity during these COVID-19 times.
