She always pitches in to help out new coworkers like today when I asked about a different service, Courtney is super knowledgeable about the services offered and monthly specials. I never have to worry about if a transaction is correct because she reviews the services completed, balance on any gift cards, loyalty points and cost prior to completing the transactions always offering an itemized receipt. From walking into the door the staff was welcoming and pleasant. I went in for lip fillers and the Dr took the time to listen and provide clear expectations of what the next steps would be. He had a great sense of humor and provided clarity and precision. I came from Florida and they were able to accommodate and provide services same day. Getting a Tattoo removed here and so far so good. This won’t be for everyone, but I really liked how I paid upfront for the entirety of the removal instead of having to pay every appointment. I have been to a couple different place for a different tattoo removal and I had to pay the same amount after every session until it’s good. Laser tattoo removal is expensive and it got trusting when I would barely see a difference between sessions at other places. It almost felt like they were dragging the process on as a money grab. With it paying a fixed cost upfront I don’t feel like that’s the case here and after 2 sessions (technically 1 since I have a half sleeve and had to be split into different sessions) I have been satisfied with the office and treatment

I purchased the custom detox facial during a sale and was able to redeem later when I took a quick trip to Charlotte. My appointment time got rescheduled for a later in the evening but it was totally worth it. Jasmine was my esthetician, and she was amazing! She was very friendly from the moment she called me out of the waiting room to the end of my appointment. She is knowledgeable about skincare and made sure to describe each treatment that was applied to my face. She even gave me a sample. Their office was easy to find. The room was cozy and music playlist was great too. I will definitely be scheduling an appointment with her the next time I’m in the city. Thank you!!

I came in for a custom facial with Kiera earlier this week and I must say that it was the BEST facial that I have ever had!!! She was so gentle yet thorough with her pressure at just the right times during the facial service! She was so sweet and such a breath of fresh air and seemed to love what she does! She gave great product recommendations (that have been working amazingly) and some much needed reassurance!! I look forward to having her again in a few weeks!

First let me say the only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because of the prices. They are extremely overpriced and when you walk in you immediately see where all the money goes. Aesthetically the place is beautiful is has a very calm and soothing feel/environment. The staff have generally always been great. I go in get my medication and get out.
