Tasha is absolutely the best!!! I said I would never touch my lips because I was so afraid of looking like a duck, but one of her clients got me in by posting her results, and wow, I’m glad I trusted Tasha. Now I won’t let anyone else touch my lips. They’re natural, and the pain was minimal to none. I went in for a touch-up two weeks later, and I requested not to use numbing cream. I went in for the first time yesterday and Bella was amazing. I had the deluxe Hydrafacial and I have already booked my next appointment. Bella was very informative, friendly and evaluated my skin to see what would work best for me. I am in my mid 50’s and I have been working on taking better care of my skin in the recent years. I wish I would have started years earlier. The spa was very clean, plenty of parking and welcoming.

I love my lips! Tasha did such a great job making my lips fuller but yet still natural looking. I had been wanting lip fillers for a long time but I was too scared to end up looking like a Brats Doll with oversized lips until I met Tasha at Urban Medical Spa. Once I seen her before and after pictures of previous clients and how natural her technique looked i decided to give her a try. No regrets! I now have the perfect pout and I walk around cute all day long. LoL! The facility was clean, Tasha was professional and her personality was friendly. This spa is very clean and comfortable. The owner and staff are warm, courteous, professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I got a hydra facial, which is wonderful. I just had my second one and my skin is just glowing. I am excited to have found a spa that is truly knowledgeable in caring for all skin types. I also had Emslim body contouring. I thought to myself will this really work, but to my surprise, it did! I saw my results about 3 weeks after my 4th treatment. My problem area was my lower belly. It has shrunk quite a bit, and my lower muscles are stronger. I have been working out for years trying to flatten my belly with no success; I was pleasantly surprise that the Emslim made a difference. I am planning to do another package deal (4 treatments) and see where that gets me. I’m a customer for life. Awesome place!

Absolutely Love this place and so glad there is a medical beauty bar in the Sacramento/Central Valley area. Absolutely Love Tasha! She has been in this business for a long time. Very professional and sweet and She is an RN and knows what she is talking about. AND….Her space DOES IT ALL!!! UMA BB services any and everyone, however she created this place specifically to meet the needs for WOMEN of COLOR!! Not many spas/ estheticians out there that service women with melanin and know and understand our skin, let alone with a nurse. Been getting laser hair removal at many places or awhile. Tasha has a machine geared specifically for women of darker skin tones. I also had my first hydrafacial at UMA!!! My skin WAS GLOWING! If you are looking to invest in your skin and appearance/ anti-aging you want to go with someone who is well trained, and a MEDICAL beauty bar/ spa! They also have financing!!!
