Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI called and confirmed they were contacted through my insurance. The receptionist informed me they were, and booked me an apt for later that afternoon. I was thrilled they had an opening and left work early.On my way to the appointment, the LMT texted to inform me they were not taking any apts through my insurance for the rest of the year…I understand having a cap on the number of clients through insurance pay, but that should have been communicated to the receptionist when I booked the appointment, and there was no way it would have been filled by another client in the next 10 minutes. I found it particularly tacky when I was informed I could keep the appointment, but only if I was willing to pay out of pocket. So my back is still tight and I spend 45 minutes driving in rush hour traffic…0/10I called and confirmed they were contacted through my insurance.
