Dhameer did a wonderful job with my high bald fade & hard part. I have pretty long hair on the top of my head, he was also able to cut that down to the length I wanted This is only my second time here but I will absolutely be returning for my next cut. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, quality cuts. They definitely have an attention for detail. I would recommend them for any kind of cut you need. They also do bleaching and color. Hit them up! 5 stars!!

I’m new to the area so I have been looking for a new barber for my son. The gentleman there were very nice and welcoming my son got a cut from a guy named As Dhameer. I was very impressed by his professionalism and speed. My son was very pleased with his hair cut and I am too! I highly recommend this shop & Dhammer. We will be returning soon thanks Urban Kutz!!!

I’m not sure why so many negative reviews I didn’t read them I looked at the pictures (funny how the bad reviews don’t have any) and after seeing the pictures of the work done I went there Ben did a great job! 100% plan on going back Ben shaping my beard so it wasn’t so wild and straight razored my face buzzed my sides and back while trimming the top was it more expensive than my typical visit to Great Clips? Yes but the quality I got was well worth it. I wish the people who were unhappy put a picture up to prove it was messed up but here’s pictures to prove Ben does excellent work.

Very few things remind me of the great memories of my childhood, this shop is one of them. These Elite barbers were able to take a walk-in near closing bringing in two kids! ( see photos). Conversations, old school sons playing in the background, and reasonable pricing now make this my routine shop for a newbie in the Cleveland area.

Took my son to Urban Kuts for the first time since Covid and i really appreciate how they are following all the protective measure to keep the customers safe. Dre has been cutting my boys hair since they were young boys and now as adults i follow his location. I highly recommend Dre and Urban Kutz

The worst place to get a hair cut 12/30/21. Just the worst experience ever, no professionalism or knowledge of how to cur hair. I have pictures to prove it. This guy, (just simply bad). Just chopped my hair, I asked for a simple request just to trim the top, not chop the top. Asked for a nice clean beard trim, (not some sloppy job/no words can describe it). I can do a much better job at home. Before New Years Eve to ruin my weekend thank you Urban Kutz(Lakewood) for a great gift, and memory. Never going to this place and never will recommend this place to anyone. 0 STARS.

I have been there twice recently and both times different barbers. C and Gregory. Both of them FANTASTIC barbers, easily the best haircuts I have ever had. Also they are warm kind gentlemen with amazing customer service skills. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, see any one of them and you won’t be disappointed.

It was not a good first experience there. Benjamin did a horrible job on my hair… for it to be 28 dollar hair cut it’s a 1 star… I usually pay 14 dollars and tip 15-20 bucks… i only do 3 stars cause I know how difficult it can be for a shop owner to recover.. but that guy should not be cutting hair.
