I had a complicated pregnancy with LOTS of body problems. At points I my feet swole up so big I could hardly walk. Lauren is a pregnant body and post partum body miracle worker. I’m very picky about massage- I don’t like a lot of it. But Lauren’s knowledge of pregnant and post partum bodies is second to none- SHE KNOWS HER CRAFT!!!! I always left her table a new mom, feeling totally in my skin and pain free. She was very communicative about the whole process and extremely professional. I have never had such a great massage.

I had a 90 minute prenatal massage from Sergio and this was truly one of the best massages (before and during pregnancy) that I’ve ever had. He applied strong pressure (which I wanted and needed) and was very thorough. I will be returning to Sergio for bodywork!

I’ve been seeing Lauren since near the start of my pregnancy, and plan to continue up to birth and beyond! She’s very skilled and I always feel great after my sessions. The room and bed setup for prenatal massages is very comfortable, and Lauren takes a lot of care to make sure you’re comfortable and if you have any specific needs/wants. Booking and payment is also super easy.
