Jess is absolutely PHENOMENAL. She did an inverted hair cut. She did a fantastic job. She is very nice and out going. Very comfortable to be around. I had no idea what to do with extremely long,3 years of no haircuts hair. My styles my whole life has been extremely short when cut or let it grow long and cut short again. I explained to Kim I had no idea what to do and it’s all on her for the resulting style and cut. I ended up getting a mid length cut that I never would have thought of and I really like it,a lot. Kim did an awesome job. Very happy to have tried Urban Hair Studio.

My fiance had a fantastic experience the first time she went in and got her hair cut. That’s the only reason I’m leaving a 4 star because this last experience with an individual named kim was an absolute nightmare. She didn’t listen to my fiance at all for what she wanted done to her hair. When I picked her up after her appointment she was in tears her bangs and I use that term loosely are not close to even or correct. She gave her a smooth round hair style when she asked for choppy and styled. All in all I could have gone to great clips and paid half for the terrible job Kim did.
