Please!!!!! Do not go there. My mom came here and applied straight perm (relaxer). They are liars and said her hair would become permanently straight. But then after a day the hair came back to how it was before. She found hair breakage, hair loss, scalp disease and burns. Here are the proves. We will complain and sue this salon. Perms

This was my second time having Lucy put highlights in my rather dull/plain dark-blond hair, and I was thrilled with the results once again. The highlights look very natural (not everyone even notices) but they really brighten up my hair and my overall appearance. Lucy picked just the right shade and did the work professionally and quickly. I also go to her regularly for excellent haircuts. I highly recommend her work!

Lucy always does and amazing job with my color, cut and blow dry. I’ve tried several looks and her recommendations always look good. She also does my daughter’s hair and she always leaves with a little more confidence as her hair looks great. My husband and son go to Gloria and she does a great job as well. She’s good with my son who is only 5 and doesn’t like his haircut.

Everyone has bad days, so maybe I got unlucky. Overall, haircut was okay, slightly below average. She had difficulty blending the lengths on a guy which should be pretty doable. Price was reasonable and location was convenient.

There is absolutely no greeting once you walk in! They are not friendly and exhibit passive aggression. They roughhouse with your hair. In both my first and last encounters with this place, I received repeated pokes to the eye without receiving an apology. I also have a scratch behind my ear. She would pull and treat my hair in a very unprofessional manner as she washed it. I left with WHITE HAIR and ORANGE STRANDS despite having requested partial blonde highlights! She totally overlooked the back of my hair… I am lost of words. Their website portrays them to know how to color hair with the many pictures on their website. If they do not know how to color hair, they should not be doing it. I will not be coming here again! Very awkward environment. Please save yourself some time, energy, and money!
