Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityThis is the best salon in town PERIOD. Several others will claim they are good, but they are subpar. Believe me, I know… I’ve tried a lot of them. I even gave my last stylist at another salon the benefit of the doubt, but after four bad haircuts and bad colors, I felt it was time to move on. I decided to try Urban Girls. Jenny did a fantastic job! She not only listened to what my needs were, but she found a way to give me the exact cut I wanted without cutting too much off. Amazing! From now on this is the only place in town that I will go to. Don’t be fooled by other salons in the same price range… you’re not getting what you’re paying for at those salons (I’ve noticed that stylists who were trained in this valley aren’t anywhere near as good as stylists trained in big cities). You’ll get what you pay for at Urban Girls. This is a Denver or Salt Lake style salon right where we live… no need to travel! This is the best salon in town PERIOD. Several others will claim they are good, but they are subpar. Believe me, I know… I’ve tried a lot of them. She is great at understanding what I want and bringing my vision for my hair to life. I’ve been going through a dramatic color change with her over the last 6 months and she has kept my hair healthy and beautiful while we took my color from a deep violet brunette to strawberry blonde. 10/10! There have been the rare experiences with other staff that didn’t go the way I had hoped, but management is exceptional at making things right and I will be a loyal customer here for life.I’ve been coming here for years and I love this salon. I’ve been coming here for years and I love this salon. While all of the girls are well trained and capable, Theasia is my favorite. She is great at understanding what I want and bringing my vision for my hair to life. I’ve been going through a dramatic color change with her over the last 6 months and she has kept my hair healthy and beautiful while we took my color from a deep violet brunette to strawberry blonde. 10/10! There have been the rare experiences with other staff that didn’t go the way I had hoped, but management is exceptional at making things right and I will be a loyal customer here for life.
