So glad I found this salon for my ten year old daughter! Erika was great. She’s a curl specialist and really knows her stuff. She took her time talking to us and figuring out what we were trying to achieve. My daughter is very tender headed, and didn’t flinch at all, Erika was very gentle. Overall it was a great experience, and we already have another appointment scheduled.

I love this place, it’s a whole vibe! Kiley is absolutely the best, I’d recommend 10/10! I don’t like to change my hair often, but her expertise led me to make incredible changes that leave me feeling like i’m the prettiest person in the room. Critical: Quality, ValueI was really excited to try this place, but it was my absolute worst experience getting my hair colored. My hair is absolutely fried, and after one wash, it’s not even the same color I left the salon with. It’s blended terribly, and I can’t even run my fingers through it without it breaking. I called them to tell them, and their response was to come back in to correct it or have a treatment done. My hair is completely fried so the last thing it needs is more processing. I think they just use very low quality products. Additionally, I purchased something from their boutique, and needed to return it. They only offer store credit. Their response was “the receipt says store credit only”. Okay but you have to tell someone it’s store credit only BEFORE they purchase something. This place is an absolute rip off and total nightmare.
