We are a full service Redken hair salon and fashion boutique located in Medina, MN. We serve the Minneapolis and west metro region. Our salon specializes in balayage techniques, brunettes, highlighting, texturizing techniques, hair extensions, long hair, short hair, grey coverage, blending techniques, blondes, blunt haircuts, blended haircuts, low lights, hand tied weft extensions, face framing color techniques, and much more! We retail Pureology, Redken, Olaplex, Hot Tools and Bare Minerals. Our boutique has a focus on giveback brands as well as the latest trends in fashion. We carry brands from Free People, ZSupply, Able, Elan, Judith March, Camp Cocktails, Capri Blue, Love Is Project, Sota Clothing, Scout, Farmhouse Fresh and much more!

This place is pretty cool. I think the staff is particularly talented with color and updos/finished styles. I like that they serve wine on weekends and have a well-curated selection of retail items. I don’t think the staff is that great at cutting textured or thicker hair (based on my experience with 2 stylists). I also wish they had extended hours (later on Fri and Sat, open Sun) and offered more services like lash tints/lifts or nails. Lastly, I’ve had more than one occasion that I’ve tried to reschedule or cancel an appointment via phone and the change didn’t show up.

I came here for my 8/31 wedding. All I can say was AMAZING!!!!! Jenna did my hair and Steph did my makeup and I was absolutely blown away. Everything I wanted just came to life!! First of all- Rialee is my favorite hair stylist I’ve ever had and I’ve tried several salons, some of which were very expensive; they’ve just never compared to both the atmosphere and quality of work I’ve had done at Urban Eve.
