I wanted to write this review because I never write reviews, but this person made such a huge impression and impact on me that I wanted to write this before this feeling goes away. I met Natasha for the first time today for color touch up and a haircut. I broke my left arm on Christmas Eve and I am left-handed so my days have been extremely frustrating and discouraging. Doing my hair has been impossible with one hand so it was a matted mess. In two hours Natasha helped me to feel pretty and good again, and when my daughter picked me up, she said that this is the best haircut I have ever gotten and my husband got a huge smile on his face when he saw me. Natasha was amazing and empathetic, and writing this review it’s just my way of saying thank you so much to her for making me look beautiful when I wasn’t feeling that way. Go see her, you won’t regret it, I promise.

The communication at the beginning could have been better, letting me know who the person was, I had a name, but didn’t know who in the building that was for awhile, that would be doing my haircut and an approximate wait time, but overall, I was happy with how my hair turned out. It’s cute and feels much more healthy. Natasha was quick/efficient and thorough.

Natasha did amazing on coloring my hair. My hair was so brassy and gross it was disgusting. She made me look like a new person. My hair is now bright blonde and icy with zero brass and zero Orange in it. She did so awesome I’m so excited that I found a stylist like her.

Natasha did an amazing job on my hair! I have a LOT of hair and she took 4 hours to make sure my blonde balayage was perfect. She brought a teammate in to blow dry so she could cut and style me before I left even though I bumped up to her next appt. I love how it turned out and highly recommend Natasha and Urban Edge!
