I’ve seen people’s ratings for this place and it must be the owners friends. There is no way that I could rate this place any lower than a 1 star. I’ve went to this establishment twice and both times I’ve made an “appointment”. Neither of these times was I waiting for no less than 30 minutes. Also whenever speaking to Cesar he had accepted my appointment and encouraged me to text an hour before to have a seat “ready”. Then whenever I got into this establishment I not only had to wait for 30 minutes AFTER my “appointment” he took another customer ahead of me. If you have absolutely nothing to do for a day and watch others get a haircut I totally recommend this place. But if you want a clean haircut that is respectful of your appointment go elsewhere.
