Vanessa was my stylist. Once I explained what type of services I normally receive she said what type of styles she performs. She mainly does locs styles it seems. She’s good at using a electric razor. She twisted my hair once. Nothing special. Another time I showed a picture of a braided up do. She said she could do, so I booked an appointment. For the service she was asking other stylist to use there tools as she wasn’t prepared. She rushed through my hair and it looked like it. I heard her say she needed to get tires today. The shop was full and I wasn’t comfortable telling her I didn’t like the style. I paid and left. When I got home I texted her. She was upset and she doesn’t handle constructive criticism well. she offered my money back and then changed her mind. I messaged the owner and got no reply. Unprofessional
