Lin did an amazing job on my nails. I had my nails done last week at a nail salon I frequented until they sold it. I decided to try the new management, and they totally messed up my nail shape. The top coat was even already starting to chip after just a week when I used to go almost 4wks without any sort of chipping. I decided to try U&Q nails after looking at their reviews. The place is bright and clean. Lin is very nice and answered my questions. She got the nail shape I wanted without even asking. 10/10 recommend this place.

U & Q is fantastic! I showed Lin a picture of something I wanted and she recreated it perfectly. Plus she gave me great info on what to do for my nails. Environment is super clean and there are so many different gel colors to choose from. I will definitely be back! Gel manicures

Lin and her staff not only do an amazing job, they are very friendly and make sure you leave the Spa happy. I’m giving 5 stars so you can see this review. I came here to get my nails done twice. Very rude, they change prices depending on the people that walk in, White people they charge more. Black people they charge even more bc they think they won’t tip. Nasty attitude . They get mad when you don’t get gel or a pedicure. Always talking among them in their language, you know they’re talking about you because they point at you. The very first time I came I thought It was a nice place kind of left giving them a $5 tip and paid with card and they added $2 tip that I did not approved on. Also they yell at you then when they see you getting upset because of them yelling they say it’s their accent girl please like if I haven’t gone to other nail salons with broken English speakers!Simply horrible.
