This was first of all very expensive for a child’s haircut, came to $34 I believe that was including a minimal tip because there wasn’t a no tip option. The stylist wasn’t patient with my son who’s 5 years old and has a speech delay so he was very frustrated about that as he wanted to tell her how he wanted his haircut but she started cutting before he even finished explaining. Then the entire rest of the haircut as she carelessly cut here and there like it was her first time cutting hair, she complained to me about her boyfriend and how he’s lazy and things I couldn’t care any less of, while my son sat there completely ignored. I saw how bad of a job she was doing but didn’t want to upset my son and just wanted to get the heck out of there. I used a gift card that I got on Christmas a couple years ago and figured I’d use it for my kids cuz I would NEVER get MY haircut there from personal bad experience there many years ago. If it wasnt for the gift card I never would have gone there in the first place but figured I have the gift card might as well use it, how could they screw up a little boys haircut??!! The worst part is my son was ignored the whole time by the stylist. Never a good experience at this place! Don’t waste your time and money!

My mom went here and was wanting to get a haircut for herself and her grandson (my son.) She went inside and asked the lady if or when she’d have an available time for haircuts. There was only one other person sitting in a chair getting their hair done and two other workers sitting around doing nothing. The lady my mom spoke to only answered with “well, not right this second.” My mom responded “I didn’t say right this second.” They lost two sales in the matter of seconds. I suggest other places like Great Clips over Regis. It doesn’t take much to just be mannerly and nice, which Great Clips is. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise, because it sounds like they do some hack jobs according to other reviews.

Of the 3 times that I’ve been there, I had 2 really good results and 1 where it was obvious the gal needs more training. She was a very nice person though. I was refunded my full amount through Corporate. Everyone has a bad day. Will I go back? Yes. Some day.
