Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo not use Melissa At uptown salon for hair extensions. She claimed she’s done them for awhile but clearly not the case. She used the cheapest tie in wefts didn’t put them in correctly used wrong color thread and beads. Had to go back 1 day after i got them the first time then again a few days later they kept coming out. She told me to brush them with this special brush which I did and the way she had them in their it matted all of them. The 3rd time in there she said she called them and they told her how to do it tighter so they would stay in and again a few days later came loose. She is not taking any responsibility and I paid over 1000 for hair I can’t use the I purchased 3 months ago. Definitely not experienced with these extensions. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI recently had my hair highlighted by one of the stylists. It did not turn out the way that I wanted. The owner, Gayle Lambert, offered to recolor my hair at no charge. She was very kind and very professional. My hair turned out great.
