I recently decided to start my journey with Brazilian waxing, Raquel made it such a comfortable environment to where I knew there was no judgment. Totally butchered my hair one of the stylist Onnika, was fixed by the owner however runijed my experience because it was totally different than what I was going for. She literally did not know how to straighten hair with a straightening iron, did not know how to do a simple blow dry, long bob ended up being a short bob. Not recommend at all!!

Critical: ProfessionalismNot impressed, when I requested the Appointment she told me she charged $95. I was also made aware it would take an hour / hour and a half depending on my lashes. I had my lashes done 2 weeks ago on the dot. She told me I needed a full set. As I am in the lash industry myself I know this was not the case. She did a full set, not only did it not take an hour and a half it was well over 2h and more like 3. I was then changed $170. That’s a big difference, and you’d like to think that someone would explain the new price to someone. And my lashes looked nothing how I explained them I wanted. Nor did she follow my original lash map already on my lashes. As I walked out I watched as her and her associate talk badly about me.
