I want to start by saying Tabitha was such a bundle of joy. Great spirit and a great atmosphere for a salon. I’m new to the area and was looking for a salon. I made an appointment with her based off the reviews for the salon. I went in for a full highlight to get my hair blonde at 9:30 am. 5 hours later I left spending almost $400 and was not blonde. The underside of my hair is stripey blonde and the the rest is a brown color. I’m a little disappointed because I showed a very blonde pic of what I wanted and didn’t really get that. Attached is the blonde picture I asked for and the pictures of what my hair looks like. Again, the people were amazing and the salon was beautiful. But it was pricey for what I received.

Poor customer service I’m literally right outside and they inside talking bout I’m persistent (I could hear thru window when I was knocking on door ) when lady literally told me I could come in and that they are open until 9PM I don’t recommend this place at all, Lady on phone wasted my time completely and they just sat in there while I’m outside and didn’t answer door , Horrible and I don’t even write reviews smh and also they called police on me and never even decided to speak to me until police got there , then making excuse oh well our new girl didn’t know what she doing but it doesn’t excuse not opening the door to just talk to me and explain that she was in error so Poor service. Dont b wasting people’s time .

She was super professional but also super friendly and down to earth and left me feeling super comfortable in her hands.
