So… Went to one other nail salon a month n half ago and they are not good news either. Use to you could go to the nail salon and actually feel good and pretty about yourself… And not mind wasting 45 dollars… ANYWAYS uptown weren’t to busy and they didn’t talk much. But not what I want little details were wrong with the nails and rough edges and lumpy and I was not happy at all. I decided after about 2 days of debating to file them down and paint them myself and I can actually function with them. I will not be goin back l!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis was the worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. My nails looked like a toddler shaped them and I told the owner I didn’t like them and he argued with me and told me it was because I was left handed. I wish I would’ve gotten a photo of them before I walked back in and requested that he remove them. He refused to refund and proceeded to try to charge me for the removal. Argued with me in front of everybody in the salon and was extremely unreasonable and unwilling to let me explain why I was unhappy. My nails looked like a toddler shaped them and I told the owner I didn’t like them and he argued with me and told me it was because I was left handed. I was first customer of the day. They (owner) sat me at the foot spa, threw down a board and starting doing my nails. I can only say I was constantly distracted with his pulling and stern handling of my hands. He kept saying to be still. I never enjoyed my pedi. Actually don’t even remember it. Sat me some 8 min. Never listened to anything. Put me under the nail light and said when it goes off turn it to 60 and you’re done. I never saw anything like…. Oh, lotion, cuticle attention of any kind. 75-down the tubes. Don’t Even ASK….

The worst manicure I have ever had, literally ruined my nails. My nails throbbed after the manicure and the gel color did not last 1 week. It will take months to get my nails back to the way they were before. I believe it was the owners wife that did my nails.
