If I could give every star, I would. Helen did my pedicure, Charlie did Eryn’s pedicure & let me just say, they took their sweet time on our massages & nails. They truly care about the experience for the customer & want to make sure you feel extremely relaxed during and after their service. I will never visit another salon. Plus, THEY HAVE WINE!! 20/10! I recognize that I was a walk-in, but patiently waited 45 minutes for my turn (no issues with the wait time). I did the classic manicure but didn’t receive cuticle oil, hand massage, or warm towel treatments, which are listed as part of the service on the website. There were no fans to dry nails, fyi. The actual prices are higher than the website. There wasn’t any walk-in/appointment after me so there doesn’t seem to be a reason for skipping the services. I had a similar experience last year but wanted to give them another go. Additionally, I was a little thrown with how dirty everything was and they didn’t use clean tools (other places use the ones that are wrapped to show they’ve been cleaned). I know other people who love this location so who knows what happened today. Overall nails look fine, nothing special but they look good.
