I haven’t had a stylist in years. I asked for recommendations on the Collinsville Connection and Uptown was mentioned a few times along with others. I just picked Uptown and made an appointment with Kurtis. He was fantastic. Very friendly and upbeat. He took his time and wasn’t in a hurry in the least. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they’re in MY community. Highly recommend Kurtis. I’m making him my new stylist.

I have been coming here for years. I have never been disappointed! Kurtis is the only hair stylist I trust to work on my hair! I recently box dyed my own hair and it was…well, not great. I came in today for a color correction and he made sure I loved the product before I left and he made sure there was plenty of time for the appointment! I didn’t feel like he was rushing through the dye or my cut afterwards. I have personally never left this place unsatisfied. They’re also priced reasonably.

This was my first time there and Kurt did an amazing job on my hair. I went in not really having an idea as to what I wanted other than shorter and lighter and he cut it perfectly. I will definitely be back for future cuts and a coloring.
