I called based on reviews and their newest nail tech, Crystal, got me in within 2 days. She took her time, was super personable and my nails were amazing! I went back and we played with nail stamps for Halloween and I couldn’t love my nails more! She’s super humble and will work with picky people like me very well. She shapes by hand and is very detail focused. I highly recommend her, especially since she takes appts late evenings during the week and both Saturday AND Sunday

Not only did Tish and Kim take the time to ensure we all looked smashing, they made sure we all got exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was relaxing and as the bride, it really made it a fun girls day out, instead of being stressful. Tish and Kim took the time to get to know each of us and found what would work for the wedding and for just daily life. I had scheduled hair and nail appointments for a wedding party. Not only did Tish and Kim take the time to ensure we all looked smashing, they made sure we all got exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was relaxing and as the bride, it really made it a fun girls day out, instead of being stressful. The job was horrible nails pealed in 6.5 hrs on my thumb but I got the name of the salons mixed up. I took my husband & uncle in for pedicures for their b-days together. Kim & Jeanie were AWESOME!!!!! It was my first time in the shop. Kim got me a chair to sit in while I waited. VERY polite, business oriented and made it FUN!!!!! Offered a water to the guys( we always have our own). They want to go again!!!! You will LOVE this place!!! It doesnt have that smell either ( you no the one that makes u want to gag while they are working on you). Also love the purple chandeliers!!! Make your own appointment is all I can say!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI walked in and no one greeted me or acknowledged I was there although I heard employees talking in the next room. After 5 minutes of this I said “hello?” And finally someone said through the door that they would be out shortly and they are appointment only. I left immediately. Terrible experience.
