If I could rate this place at a ZERO I certainly would be happy to do so. The shop owner is very sorry at conflict resolution. She allows the “independent contractors” ,as she calls the stylists, to do whatever they want. I have had two different stylists do very simple braids and THEY BOTH SUCK ESPECIALLY JAZZY-H, as she calls herself. She has a funky f***** up attitude because the braids that she guaranteed would last two weeks only lasted four days. I contacted her about it. She said would fix it and has given me the run around every since. She lied on me, so I proved to the shop owner that I was telling the truth with pics and texts, and EVERYONE in the shop still had this girl’s back threatening to call the po lice on me because i stood on the fact that I needed my money back or my son’s hair redone since she GUARANTEED it and the shop owner confirmed that she heard Jazzy gurantee her work. She attemped to do my son’s hair with a DIRTY COMB. I asked was she going to wash it and all hell broke loose. I didn’t think I did anything wrong by asking a so-called professional shop to use a clean comb.They were acting like I was overreacting when I COULDNT BELEIVE MY EYES. THE COMB WAS CAKED UP WITH DIRT. She said she was using it on her head but when she picked it up she went to my son’s head of hair and not her own head. JUST NASTY!!! So after some more debating, keep in mind that she’s still talking mess while her hands were in my son’s head, the shop owner reluctantly gave me half my money back AFTER a coworker offered again to call the police and I graciously accepted the offer. The owner didn’t respond after I thanked her, and apologized for being loud and cussing. BEWARE OF DOG ASS TREATMENT IF YOU GO HERE!
