James SAVED MY LIFE with a haircut. I walked in close to closing and needed someone to fix my cut after I badly messed it up trying to cut it myself. James stayed after hours to not only save my hair, but deliver one of the best fades I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend him (Topcity James)

This is the first time coming to this place. We are not from Dallas so we thought to come here, as u can see my brother went to get his haircut he was not pleased with the haircut as they went too far edging him up. The first day I consoled him saying it doesn’t look that bad,3 days later we look on his side burns and there are BUMPS on both sides I don’t know what the person used but this is highly unacceptable We will be taking further actions such as GOING TO THE DOCTOR. This is unacceptable -100 stars.

Juan is by far one of the best barbers in the DFW area. I’m from the south where most barbers respect and honor the craft to the fullest. Moved to Texas and have been to quite a few barbers, and to be frank the quality and attention to detail is just not there.

My son’s haircut is always on point. James provides great customer service and always ensure my son is comfortable. All the barbers are very skilled and friendly. The place is always clean and they are taking COVID precautions. Great place to go!

The reason this place is a 3 for me is because although the barbers give good cuts here, they take forever to get cuts going and out the door. Looks like none of them have had a dose of customer service experience before this, but it’s just super slow. For example, I once called ahead to get my haircut, but ended up waiting TWO HOURS before getting it, and even while getting it, my barber kept taking trips outside or away from the actual haircut to do something else.
