1st time here since I was across the street getting an oil change at Firestone. Nice shop with two barbers, clean and comfortable. Young was very professional and friendly. Critical: PunctualityWe scheduled appointments online for 830. Online it stated that online appointments took precedence. However, when we got there, the lady told us to sign into to the sheet (to sign up for appointment). I kept telling her we signed up online. We still had to wait for two others to get haircuts although we scheduled appointments 2 days ago. The lady acted like she didn’t care. Not coming here again.We scheduled appointments online for 830. However, when we got there, the lady told us to sign into to the sheet (to sign up for appointment). I kept telling her we signed up online.
