My experience wasn’t very good. When I set my appointment online I had asked for Alice because of her good reviews. Somehow I got moved to someone else. I showed them what I wanted for highlights. They didn’t have the color I wanted so I picked whatever was closest. My hair wasn’t lightened first so the color didn’t do anything to my hair. I paid 150 dollars for my hair to be the same exact color. I took the day off work to get my hair done and I don’t have the time or money to get it fixed.

I was supposed to get a highlight/cut. Dana seemed unsure about doing it. He said the only scheduled two hours. He said it’s not enough time. I agree it was not enough time. He didn’t offer a reschedule. I’ve been here once before for a highlight and a cut. The highlights were barely noticeable. My husband said did you just get a cut? I’m going to another salon. The don’t seem to have it together.

The price is going up for haircuts and they weren’t cheap to begin with. The biggest advantage to this salon is the organic products, but the quality of work is average. I’ve been a couple of times and both times my hairdresser was running late. I’ve tried a couple of the other services there as well and I felt they weren’t worth the money either.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Upsy Daisy Salon! Alice did an amazing job cutting my long hair into a cute short bob! She was so kind, easy to talk to, and took a lot of time with my hair. I already recommended Alice and the salon to my friend and she loved it too! Looking forward to my next visit and for a facial sometime, as well.
