Victoria is super talented and very detailed with her work that will leave you feeling beautiful and confident. I started getting my lash extensions from her in November after moving back to the capital district and have been nothing less than extremely satisfied. Victoria is also very accommodating and works with my schedule for setting up appointments. Victoria takes great pride in keeping her clients happy and cares about them. Victoria is amazing! I got a volume full set and the retention is no joke! The lashes still look full and fluffy after two weeks. She is so professional, easy to talk to, and truly does fantastic work. Her work space is also very relaxing & clean. Thank you Victoria for making me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day! I decided to go a different direction than our original makeup trial together and she was so understanding and put her creativity to the test on the big day! The results were amazing and I recieved many compliments for how naturally beautiful she made me. I also LOVED how she did my bridesmaids’ makeup, bringing everyones look together. The first time I got my lashes done somewhere else, they started coming off by day 2. I was so upset and discouraged. But thankfully I gave lashes a second try and I listened to my friend and came to Victoria at Upstate Beauty Collective. I am so glad I did!! I was ready to swear off lashes saying they aren’t for me. Nope! They are for everybody, it’s just a matter of who does them and Victoria does such an amazing job every time plus they last!! She is also very accommodating with schedules and works with you. I had to reschedule once and we had no problem figuring out another time that worked for us both. I look forward to lash day fills and can’t wait to get back on her table. And she doesn’t just sit there awkwardly like some lash ladies. She chats and she actually cares about her clients and loves hearing about what’s new and going on with them. Don’t wait to give her a try, she is definitely the best around!

victoria is AMAZING!!!!! the past couple years anybody that knows me knows i’ve always worn strip lashes and never thought of getting lash extensions since i already knew how to easily apply fake lashes to begin with. boy was i wrong!!!! i ended up taking a chance (and was so nervous i wouldn’t like them as much as my strip lashes). victoria was so personable and comforting through out the entire process. plus she was able to fit me for an appointment immediately & deal with my busy schedule and my limited availability. when we finished i couldn’t believe not only how good they came out but how good i felt about myself & have had an instant confidence boost since. not to mention the number of compliments i have gotten from friends, family AND strangers. i am so happy with my entire experience and so in love with my new lashes!!!! i cant wait to see victoria again in 2 weeks and thankful to now be apart of the upstate beauty collective family
