Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got someone I’ve never used before and am very disappointed. He didn’t remove the polish I had on – assumed it was gel and filed it off. This might have been okay but he used a drill on my natural nail! I had on Nail Tek product easily removed with just acetone.My nail edges on top were not filed down smoothly (index fingers are ragged to touch) and the polish is too thick and drying unevenly. There is even polish around my nail and on cuticle so no edge cleanup was done.I’ve never had this kind of issue with Kim or another tech. Critical: QualityI recently visited this location based on the google reviews! The reviews were awesome… however upon visiting Upscale Nails & Spa to receive great customer service, you have to have a relationship with the nail techs! I felt like they didn’t even want me in the nail shop. I do not live in Longview, I will not recommend anyone that lives out of town to visit this location. My service was rushed and tacky…all I needed was to fix an ombré broken nail. I wasn’t worried about the color match because I originally got my nails done in Atlanta. The nail wast even the same shape as the other nails…that could’ve been replicated.I recently visited this location based on the google reviews! The reviews were awesome… however upon visiting Upscale Nails & Spa to receive great customer service, you have to have a relationship with the nail techs! They charged me 81 dollars at the store but when I checked my account they charged me 87.48??? This is ridiculous.
