Technicians are often rude, indifferent, rough, and always in a hurry to get on to the next client. They’ve made my fingers bleed on countless times trying to move too quickly. The technician today rolled her eyes at me when I said I only needed polish removed and no new color put on. Extremely rude the entire time, and she left me with horribly jagged, uneven nails. I try not to entire come here anymore because of multiple bad experiences with several different technicians, and have frequently been disappointed by their quality and knowledge of nail care. You can get much better nail care elsewhere. They’re upscale in the look of the spa and fancy exteriors. They’re super cheap in quality and professionalism. Not the place to come for a relaxing manicure you want to be impressed by!

Had never been to this salon before, but a friend wanted to meet here for a friend date so I got a gel manicure, it was $31. It took about 10 minutes and the results were beautiful. The interior of the salon was very spacious and classy looking, a very welcoming atmosphere and the people were friendly and professional although there was definitely a language barrier. Would return in the future!

I absolutely loved this nail salon!! They were extremely accommodating and sweet from the moment I called to book an appointment to my arrival. I’ve visited plenty of nail spas in St. Louis and this one is hands down my favorite!! The environment is pleasant and vibrant. I also want to mention that the location is clean!!! My nail tech was T.T and she was amazing!! She gave me several suggestions and I went with the colored acrylic which gave my nails a natural look. Absolutely obsessed and pleased with the outcome !! I used to like this nail salon but not after my last visit. I went in for a fill like normal however the price increased drastically from my last visits. I asked for French tip and gems put on them. The nail tech said that it was going to be $79 which is ridiculous for a FILL and only two nails getting gems. Mind you last time I got more gems on every single nail and it was only $65. I just accepted this but did not like how it did not match. I asked for more and was quoted $120. That is outrageous considering last time was way less for more! I did not get that and just accepted to have a few with gems. They did not match and I was disappointed. Cost $91 and I was upset with how they looked. On the phone, the lady said gems are $15 for each nail but on their website it’s only $10. Also that doesn’t even match the price for what I got anyway. I would hate to see how much a full set or manicure would have been. They constantly lie, try to take advantage, and are very rude. The price literally depends on who you get. I will never return to this place again.

I’ve gone to upscale nails for a while and will never return. I’ve never been dissatisfied with them until recently, when I called to have my nails redone because I didn’t have the heart to tell the girl who did my nails that I didn’t like them. Then they want to tell me i can’t have them redone without paying full price for them because of their policy. How am i supposed to know what their policy is. I didn’t wanna ruin the girls day because i didn’t like my nails. It’s not until after she finished the nails that i saw they were crooked and just terrible. this is terrible customer service. i highly recommended you go somewhere else. I showed the girl a photo of what I wanted and didn’t even get it. The shape is awful; I requested a tapered-coffin square and received a square. Literally it looks like she put a block on my nails. The dip is so thick and heavy, it’s like she didn’t even smooth them out. They’re crooked and short as well. I even went out of my way to tip her, despite the fact that I hated them.

My cuticles weren’t pushed back, nails were not filed, no lotion used, they literally cut my nails and painted them. The polish isn’t all the way back to the cuticles, looks like I already need painted again. My daughter was with me and I’m not sure what I even paid for with her manicure, they literally just painted her nails, I can still see dirt under them. An hour after leaving the polish is already chipping. I just had a manicure from a different salon where the polish lasted for a week, no chipping.
