Positive: ValueTiffany was so adorable. I told her I was going on vacation and she got me so excited she kept saying “baecation” and she made sure my toes and nails were vacation ready. I really loved how she did my nails, the ombré came out nice, the design not so much but she tried her best. I would definitely recommend this place because of her quality of service. Tiffany was so adorable. I told her I was going on vacation and she got me so excited she kept saying “baecation” and she made sure my toes and nails were vacation ready. I really loved how she did my nails, the ombré came out nice, the design not so much but she tried her best. I would definitely recommend this place because of her quality of service. She was so sweet and took her time and I appreciate that. She helped me start my vacation off right!

Terrible service here. I will NOT be coming back. I asked for a deluxe mani/pedi combo, I sat in the chair (without feet soaking) for 40 min before they finally got to me, and once she did she rushed SO fast through the entire thing she quite literally slapped some lotion on with one hand and then wiped it off with the other. Nothing deluxe about it! I told her I wanted them cut short and she only cut a few of the nails, and skipped some of them leaving them uneven! On top of that, a group of three came in asking for mani/pedis and they were told to come back in 20 min even though there were still 4 people waiting to be seen that were currently waiting in pedicure chairs. She rushed through the manicure even worse! She left so many sharp edges since she filed for half a second, she did the routine to the first two fingers of each hand and then completely skipped the rest of the fingers, paint smudges EVERYWHERE, clumps of polish, it looks absolutely terrible. To top it all off, as soon as she rushed me out of her chair she ran outside to check for the people who had promised to come back, and I don’t think they ever came, she rushed for NOTHING. I can’t recommend this place no matter how convenient the location may be. SKIP this one!

I love this salon! Megan gave me the best pedicure and manicure I have ever had! She is such a delight to be around! She treated me so good and she really cared about doing my nails how I wanted them! So great! Her coworkers are lovely as well. Try this place out and tell your friends! Their no chip nails lost only 2 days. I have called but, no body speak English and they ask me to come to redo. I don’t suggest any of friends to go there.

They were horrible. I received services for dipped nails. The gentleman was kind when he started doing them. He finished and there were still pieces of the nail that were not buffed or finished. I asked for another top coat to protect them- I get this at every other salon I’ve been to, a top coat that seals the color. He told me that’s not how it’s done, fixed the edges of my nails that weren’t smooth and then persisted to remove the top coat I currently had because it needed a non-smooth surface to adhere. He then put a gel top coat on and said he was finished. It didn’t look as nice as they had in the past but I thought maybe because it was a lighter color maybe that was different. Within 3 days one nail chipped, and the top coating began peeling off the others. I have a wedding in two days. I asked them to redo them they said I would have to wait. I asked for my money back because I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed. They told me who would pay them for the service they did previously.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuei went to go get a full set of acrylics w no chip polish. the lady was rushing to get my nails done and she cut part of my cuticle off and started bleeding. my nails were uneven so i kindly asked her to make them shorter and even and she gave me this dirty look and very unprofessionally cut my nails but they were still too long. after the nail polish was applied i gave her my card to pay and i get a receipt that said $50.00!!!! the end results of my nails was definitely NOT worth 50 dollars. it was my first time there as well and i heard many good things about this place but ended up being so disappointed. i do not know if i would come here ever again.i went to go get a full set of acrylics w no chip polish. the lady was rushing to get my nails done and she cut part of my cuticle off and started bleeding. my nails were uneven so i kindly asked her to make them shorter and even and she …More
