Awful customer service tonight 12/15/2022 I had the sad chance of encountering Mr Ethan the manager at 6:20 pm when I came in like a regular customer and asked for a service to remove a previous set of acrylics. Immediately he started with letting me know it would be 45 minutes till a chair was available I agreed with his demands then he proceeds to inform me it would $35-$50 dollars to have the set removed ONLY because I didn’t frequent his business as often as everyone else mind you I’ve been to the same salon on a couple of occasions to get pedicures the ladies were lovely I really wish he would fix his attitude maybe he was having a bad day but it was still a little ridiculous a “no” would have been enough.

This place has been great in the past. This visit: I arrived 1 hour before they closed. I did a 55 dollar pedicure. It was rushed and was basic at best. The staff “closed” early and turned away 3 people 25 minutes before closing. My service was completed in 23 minutes and was asked to cash out early. I wasn’t able to put phone number in for rewards or discounts etc. The two staff members left were nice but wanted to get me out of there. I wanted to request a couple things but never even received the chance. In and out and that was it. Work was again basic at best.

This is the ONLY salon that lets me go home and not reshape my nails. Both Lilly and Nancy have listened to what I want and provided it. As a former nail tech, I’m VERY picky. It’s a huge relief to find a place with the skill to accomdate my wishes. Even hubbins has said my nails haven’t been so perfect since I did them myself. I recommend this place to anyone, ESPECIALLY if you’re picky!

Updated Review: Came in last Saturday with my mom for dip nails. Jason rushed the whole time trying to keep up with the lady doing my moms nails. One nail was too small for my finger and said something before he was even done with dip color. Left and came back later to get the nail fixed and the man at the front desk did it and filed it so much that I bled and also told me don’t come back close to closing because they had a party to go to. One week later 3 nails have broke. At this point I’d only drive back to get my 65 dollars back.
