I LOVE THIS SALON !!! I’ve been going over a year now !! Yes it’s small but baby Nikki the owner always does my nails and she freaks my designs each time ! Never disappoints ! She also brings my eye brows to life each time !! Uncle is the best for a pedicure ! I always hear them working people into the schedule while I’m there ! I’ve heard good things about Mimi as well as she did my daughter pedicure today .

I wanted to give this location no stars but that wasn’t an option. Mr. Hai was awesome. He is so sweet and he did a really good job on my pedicure. Vee did a great job on my manicure but the service I received from the lady who wears the bonnet and the mask with the black hair is disgusting. I’ve been coming to this place for years I will never go back. I asked for my eyebrows to be done and I’ve never had a problem so I said anyone could do them. When she finishes my eyebrows they look the same as They did when I sat down probably worse. She was so rude and started yelling at me because I didn’t like my eyebrows saying she doesn’t know how to arch she only knows how to clean them up. I explained to her I didn’t ask for a clean up I asked for an arch and she continues yelling at me as if it’s my fault that she tried to complete a service that she did not know how to do. I’ve had them arched there before and have been getting them arched for over 20 years so I know what an arch looks like. That lady is unprofessional. Every bad experience I have had at this place she was the reason why like the time she never even booked the appointment I made. I guess she just answered the phone to say upscale nails or something. If you want poor customer service visit there. If you do visit don’t go to the lady with the bonnet. She always has it on you can’t miss her.

I can but I can’t believe I was just discriminated against and all I wanted were my toes polished. I have been to this location several times in the past. I would give them 0 stars but I absolutely love Mr. Hai!! I literally just walked into this place. Mr. Hai is not here by the way. Every color I chose the girl told me I was TOO DARK to wear. And pretty much refused to do my feet until I chose a color SHE was satisfied with. I can’t make this up!!! SMH. Mrs. Nikki saw and aware of what was going on while doing eyelashes, looked at me and put her head back down. I really can’t make this up! I will

I don’t know the name of the girl who did my nails but she was extremely rushed. I had a fill in with gel polish and she was done in 25 minutes. She didn’t give me any type of manicure until after she polished my nails, leaving polish all over my cuticles. I had to re-file my nails when I got home because they were so rough. Very disappointed and won’t go back.

I typically go here to get my nails done. Only two techs are able to do designs in the shop and they do pretty decent work. Staff are friendly most of the time. If you are trying to get in and out it’s best to go during the week. Friday nights and Saturday mornings are normally pretty busy. I would caution however if you need to get your eyebrows waxed. Today I was sitting and soaking my nails and watched one tech double dip the stick she was using to spread the wax on the girls eyebrows. I then watched her wax another client using the same stick she used with the first one. I watched another tech who used a q-tip but still double dipped. They do keep their nail clippers and other tools in a sanitizing station which is good. I will continue to get my nails done here but will get my eyebrows done somewhere elsewhere bc double dipping is unsanitary and could lead to unwanted issues. If I notice they have changed their practices I will update this review. Prices on the wall are not accurate so make sure to get prices before they start work so you know exactly how much you will paying

This is my 3rd time getting a pedicure here and there is a reason I keep coming back. Lei (Lee) did my service and she is wonderful!! Awesome massage with scrub, callus remover and hot towel wrap. I love the local community feel they provide. Seems like most customers are long term. Its not shiny and new but the technicians know what they’re doing. Short wait times and good customer service. I’ll be back. So happy I came today.
