Critical: ProfessionalismI have been doing my nails at home but today I wanted to treat myself… well THANKS to Upscale for saving me some money and changing my mind. When I walked in I wrote my name on the list and stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Several of the employees looked at me but never said “hello” or “how can I help you” so after 4 mins of waiting I left. I was really looking forward to being a customer there. But the lack of customer service or just politeness turned me away. I have been doing my nails at home but today I wanted to treat myself… well THANKS to Upscale for saving me some money and changing my mind. When I walked in I wrote my name on the list and stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Critical: ProfessionalismI was very disappointed in this business. I was gifted a manicure/pedicure and it was right before the time of the COVID shutdown. This business refused to let me use it after reopening. I was told it was expired, even though part of the time during my six month period they were closed like the rest of Cleveland County. I was very disappointed in this business. I was gifted a manicure/pedicure and it was right before the time of the COVID shutdown. This business refused to let me use it after reopening. I was told it was expired, even though part of the time during my six month period they were closed like the rest of Cleveland County. I will not go back to this place of business.
