3rd visit because I prefer giving people the benefit of doubt. This shop is closest to home. So it just makes since. The employees are nice however I always get a rushed job. Rushed shaping and rushed paint job. It is very discouraging given the price of services. I truly 100% could have done a better job myself. They began the close up cleaning all around us!! My daughter and I will not be back.

Damaged my nails, polish looked horrible, and when I told them I wasn’t happy the lady said oh well. Water was so hot in the pedicure bowl it burned me. I felt rushed. Place is not very clean, I only stopped there because I got off work a little early. Will never go back Manicure, Pedicure

I’ve been coming here one and off for years. The owner wasn’t there, so the employees were laying in the massage chairs. I asked for a full set and they said that no one there does long nails, even though I’ve been there numerous times so I know it was a lie. I guess they just wanted to sit around that day.

I rarely get my nails done. Took the day off to treat myself. I sent pictures to my friends afterwards who get their nails done regularly and asked if this is what it is supposed to look like because I was a little surprised. They all agreed they would not have paid for this quality work. A few of the nails were actually too small and left a lot of space on each side. Disappointed.

1 star is way too much for this salon. Very bad customer service. The lady who did my nails was very, very rude, she had an attitude, and didn’t want to finish my nails just because I told her one of my nails is not straight please can you fix it. They let me go without finishing my nails and saying sorry. I went to another salon to correct the awful job she did. I’ll never go back again and hope you don’t go too. They don’t respect their customers at all.

Have been here several times and was always happy with their work. Today I got the older woman that runs the place. She did a sorry job on my pedicure. Polish on the skin, polish not smooth on one big toe, did not completely fill in the polish on a couple other toes, and did not polish the tips of my big toes. When I said something she was rude. I paid for the pedicure and skipped the manicure. I will not go back.

Best service! Friendly & good conversation. I went with my husband & we both had pedicures. I was able to get gel polish on my toes. They are gorgeous & have zero wear after over a week. I really enjoyed our experience. I’m taking my daughter in a week for nails. We’ve been looking for a new nail salon. I believe we’ve found it!

I always go on Mondays and Leia has done my nails for months on Mondays the past couple times she hasnt been there and not happy with my nails. I called today to make an appointment with her for this upcoming monday amd she doesn’t work on mondays anymore. So sad because she would paint flowers for me and the other girls refuse to do it. So pleased with Leias work I guess i will have to find somewhere else to go.
