When I arrived for my appointment I was not seen until 30min later and my mom was not seen until an hour after her appointment. I was serviced by Amy first then by Heidi the owner. The owner was rather rude and unprofessional. She argued with her sister while servicing me and did a tacky job on my nails. I paid $120 for a simple white acrylic set and gel pedi. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. If you are looking for a professional and clean place this salon isn’t for you I promise. When I arrived for my appointment I was not seen until 30min later and my mom was not seen until an hour after her appointment. I was serviced by Amy first then by Heidi the owner. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had a horrific experience with the manager. I walked in to get my eyebrows done 30 mins before closing, the door was locked but a nice employee opened. The manager ( large Asian woman) went into a rage! She started cussing her employee out. Then proceeded to rip my eyebrows into thin lines out of anger. She is angry, unprofessional and honestly I hope gets shut down. Save your money . I was scared and will take my money elsewhere.I had a horrific experience with the manager. I had a horrific experience with the manager. I walked in to get my eyebrows done 30 mins before closing, the door was locked but a nice employee opened. The manager ( large Asian woman) went into a rage! She started cussing her employee out. Then proceeded to rip my eyebrows into thin lines out of anger. Positive: QualityThis place is in the middle of the hood but let me tell you no matter where i live im driving to get my eye brows done here. Heidi had been doing my sisters eyebrows for more than 15 years (not at same shop) but she has followed her and Hahn has been doing my eyebrows for 10 years now, first at Avenue Blue now here. They slay eye brows and actually listen when i say just clean them up. I haven’t gotten my nails done here but my toes are always on point. The shop can be a little loud and we are all adults so swears do come out so if you have small children that you are trying to shelter from life keep them home lol…. Even though people say its a ghetto salon if you are having a bad day you will definitely get a good laugh here and leave still laughing. Honestly best place to get your eyebrows done believe me. This place is in the middle of the hood but let me tell you no matter where i live im driving to get my eye brows done here. Heidi had been doing my sisters eyebrows for more than 15 years (not at same shop) but she has followed her and Hahn has been doing my eyebrows for 10 years now, first at Avenue Blue now here.
