LOVE this place! The stylist and service is always amazing, they are definitely at the top of the scale! I’m always satisfied and overjoyed when I get up from Steven’s chair. They have the best braider, Tachi she does not pull your hair out of yo head like some places. This business definitely lives up to it’s name .

I try to support black businesses, but when you don’t support time management & MANNERS that makes it entirely too easy for me to walk out! I will make appointments, a month in advance & the stylist forgot when my appointment was. This last time I went to get my hair done the stylist came 2/3 hours late. Thank god I didn’t have to be anywhere. The only reason I put up with this is because not a lot of people can handle the amount of hair I have. But my patience is running low. Minus the fact that I can never get my style to last longer then a week because during my wash, the stylist is running so behind she barely washes my hair.. I would love to look fabulous & feel great but I see that can only happen once a year.

This is my 3rd time going here..and the beautician came in an hour early for me she never over book her clients, and I’m in and out she treats me with dignity & respect I like that 2 days before my appointment I get a friendly reminder with date & time. Had a noon appointment for wash blow dry flat iron.. at 1:30 was only washed and dried .. I left that place and at 2 pm they called and said my stylist was ready !! made an appointment so I didn’t have to spend all day in a salon.. try to support black business but when you don’t respect time I don’t deal well with it .. don’t go to this salon . Unless you have all damn day .

Took my daughterr in for hair twister the stylist was very rude and nasty. Her brother came in off the street talking to her on my daughter time but he had nerves to tell my daughter to not ease drop on their convo…would not recommend this shop to no one this place sucks.

My granddaughter needed her haircut so a quote on the phone was $30 then they went there went up to $60. Just because the stylist didn’t want to do her hair. My granddaughter is mixed but it shouldn’t matter. My 13 year old granddaughter should not be charged higher price because her appearance. So when my daughter called me is was unhappy because I am a stylist but my arm is broke. I tried to call and find out why. So I am asking you in this way. Do you have didn’t prices for different type of people?
