Came in when they first opened and it was amazing. Hours are currently posted as of 10/03/2022 closing at 7. It is NOT even 630 and they state they have taken their last appointment and no one to take a walk in. I came from Oroville and nothing. NOT COOL and NOT a way to get business coming back. I told you all when you opened, I would support. I cannot support this.

My first and last attempt and it is the most awkward vibe ever for asking if they were accepting any walk-in at 4:55 PM. I pretty much got denied for service. There were 3 HESITANT Barbers (1 available) and 1 client waiting for a 5 PM appointment, and no other name on the white board. I was told to come back tomorrow because they were closing. Knowing the mall hours and Googling their business hours, I decided to called a few minutes after I walked out. Over the phone I asked, ” What time do you guys close today?” The guy said “6 or 6:30”.
