Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityOwner gives amazing cuts but I have to give him a one star because this is the 4th time he has canceled my appointment the last 20-30 minutes before an appointment which I don’t see until I get to the locked store due to me checking the hour before not 20 minutes before. And if that isn’t bad enough he won’t answer his phone unless you call a bunch of times and to top it off every time it’s some new excuse. Owner gives amazing cuts but I have to give him a one star because this is the 4th time he has canceled my appointment the last 20-30 minutes before an appointment which I don’t see until I get to the locked store due to me checking the hour before not 20 minutes before.
