First off 1 star is more than I would recommend Make sure to ask them all the questions! There supposed to ask you! For your medical cards or Tiffany Spaulding will think you need to pay a $50 fee for showing up 20 min early go somewhere else lots of people around that do them I got threatened that she was the only one in the area that could do them so I needed to pay $50 because I didn’t have the right paper work so the last time I did a medical was 10 or so years ago I had no clue about the paper work and she never told me anything about it on the phone when I made the appointment ! Even if it was the last place I would find a different place and yes there are several places in the area that will do them without her lil scam of $50 no shows when your there 20 min early the funny part is I was driving home and got all the stuff done online before my appointment was even scheduled after she told me I couldn’t do it that night ya go somewhere that’s not money hungry and you will have a lot better experience! I’m guessing it was Tiffany Spaulding running the show but possibly could have Been a front desk jockey maybe a 3rd string that shouldn’t have been in action or the “game”for a few more years not enough training I don’t know on that maybe the two of them came up with the scam together who knows but yes there is a lot of examiners in this area so don’t fall for there little threats

I love this place. My son has really bad acne and another one of my sons had a couple of warts that needed to be removed and they were able to help both my kids. They are amazing here and they care about their patients. Everyone is so kind and understanding there. I am planning on coming in for my needs next. They gave me a big discount as I felt like we were regulars in their office. I highly recommend this place and all their wonderful staff!

I wish i could give Upper Valley 10 stars. They’re a fantastic facility! They get you in so fast and have such a friendly staff. The facility is so comfortable and nice. Most of all they do a wonderful job for what you have done. Their prices are reasonable and they do all they can in one visit to give me my optimal care. Best in the area!!!!

Friendly staff that help put me at ease. My shock wave treatment for muscle pain really helped a lot. They were more then willing to answer my questions. I’m sure I’ll be back.
