Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI feel so bad having to give this review but I am hoping that my honesty will help you grow. My 17 year old daughter found LaQuita through style seat. She was looking for a stylist to do two feed in French braids in her hair. Which is typically a simple style. Not only did LaQuita show her lack of skills in feed in braids. Which I was able to observe quickly due to her not only separating the hair in uneven portions, and did not realized she needed to pre-separate all of the hair before starting the style to achieve the feed in look easily. When I verbalized that she was struggling with the style she became immediately defensive. My daughter is 17 years old and I am teaching her to handle uncomfortable adult like situations. I decided to leave the salon and let her handle it. Not only was my daughters hair bumpy and uneven, with a crooked part, it just looked bad. I decided to let her learn a valuable lesson in life. I was completely floored when I checked LaQutia style seat account the next day and discovered that she had used an image of my daughters hairstyle on her style seat account. Which means she had never done feed in French braids before or she would have more pictures on her account other than the ones she did on my daughter head. To make matter worst she up charged my daughter $5. Stating that she came in on her day off even though she suggested the appointment day and time. My daughter payed $70 for a hair style that should have not of took 3 1/2 to finish and it looked amateur and not worth $70I feel so bad having to give this review but I am hoping that my honesty will help you grow.
