Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMade an appointment via google, even got a confirmation email. We were not greeted and they didn’t even mention a word to us. Waited for almost 30 minutes and they take some guy that walked in after us claiming he had an appointment. Very poor customer service and obviously don’t value and are inconsiderate of your time. Ended up walking down the street to Parsippany Cutz. With no appointment, we were greeted and accommodated.
