Just came from my appt at Upper Cut. I have been going to Debbie for almost a year, since we moved here to Livingston. I could not be happier. She listens to what you want and delivers! She is very friendly and professional. My husband also gets his hair cut there and the gentleman who does his hair is also very professional and listens to what my husband wants. We are both very happy customers! Highly recommend!

I can’t speak for the quality of the haircut because I have never succeeded in getting one. I’ve tried calling, walk-ins, every weekday. Early and late. Typically I am the only one there (no other customers present) but I am always told they are too busy. Scratch this one off your list
